In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Flight1Tech cannot help with basic usage of PC's, networking, or software installation. You need to have a good understanding of the above to use our products. We suggest you view our video Flight1Tech General Support Questions, as it may cover your issue.

When submitting a tech support ticket, we need to get information about your computer configuration. You will be asked for the F1SystemInfo.txt file generated by our F1SystemInfo.exe tool. You can download the tool here (unzip and run the tool to generate the file).

If your serial number has reached its activation limit, you can reset it yourself by going to our product registration page. You will see the option to reset your serial number there.

IMPORTANT: Account logins here are separate from your main Flight1Tech login - Do not try using your Flight1Tech.com account here. You will have a chance to create a new ticket account when you create a ticket. If you did not create an account, check your email for your ticket number and use that and your email address to view your ticket.
