The error is generated when an overzealous antivirus removes files from your FSX and addon directories.  To solve the issue, do the following:

  1. Disable the antivirus.
  2. Reinstall the GTN from the red wrapper.
  3. Make sure that this file exists: P3D\gauges\gtnInterface.dll
  4. Start P3D and the GTN should work.

We strongly recommend to add an exception in your antivirus settings for this file and folders. Otherwise, you could have this problem again.
